Mystic Halo Live Wallpaper just hit the Android Market and lets any device running Android 2.1 or above. The Live Wallpaper is a port of the Mystic Halo Live Wallpaper that runs on Honeycomb devices.
The free version is pretty sparse on options, but you can upgrade to the full version for $1.00 (that lets you do things make the wheels spin).

Been using this on my Desire HD for a few days now and its great. It’s actually the only live wallpaper I’ve stuck with. The dev seems keen to keep it updated too which is great.
That’s sort of how I am too — I’ll stick with one for a few days and then jump ship. Hard to find good ones too that don’t bog down performance.
